The cruise line announced the resumption of cruises in the Mediterranean Sea on the MSC Grandiosa starting January 24, 2021.

 

Due to the restrictive measures of the Italian Government related to the ban on the movement of citizens between the regions of the country from December 21, 2020 to January 15, 2021, MSC Cruises temporarily suspended cruises on the ships MSC Grandiosa and MSC Magnifica.

Renewal of these cruises applies only to citizens of the Schengen area!
 

In accordance with the latest ministerial decree issued by the Italian government and the corresponding updated health measures, the ship will resume its weekly cruises in the Western Mediterranean, departing from Genoa, Italy, calling at the Italian ports of Civitavecchia, Naples, Palermo and Valletta. in Malta.

 

The company said that MSC Grandiosa will offer the route until March 21, after which the ship will remain in the Western Mediterranean to offer cruises from the summer program on the new route.

 

Cruises on MSC Magnifica in the Western and Eastern Mediterranean will resume on February 14, 2021, departing from Genoa. Following the resumption of navigation, MSC Magnifica will operate 11-day routes in the Eastern and Western Mediterranean until the end of April 2021.
