Home > Порт "Cannes, France"
Cannes is a port city located on the French Riviera in the Napoule Bay, in the western part of the city, opposite the Lerins Islands.
This port is too small to accommodate larger cruise ships (apart from some megayachts). Large ships dock in the bay, and passengers are sent ashore at the Old Port (Port of Le Vieux) by boat. The boat station is located on the Laubeuf promenade south of the city, where ferries dock. Sometimes used by the promenade near the new terminal Gare Maritime.

Port address: CCI Nice Cote d'Azur, Services Plaisance et Commerce, Port de Cannes, Cannes 06400.

Terminals: The Cannes Cruise Ship Terminal is new and offers all the modern conveniences you need. The promenade near the new terminal Gare Maritime is sometimes used to ferry passengers.

Nice airport to port.
There is an airport in Cannes, but not intended for tourists. It only accepts private jets, so you need to fly to Nice.

There are three modes of transport to help you on your short journey between Nice Airport and Cannes:
- Take a taxi from Nice airport, about 80 euros, which takes about 30 minutes.

- The train is another option, costing around € 5.90 and takes about 50 minutes. There is no train line from the airport, so in order to catch the train, you must first get to Nice-St Augustin station from the airport. It is on foot (about 15 minutes), or bus # 99 will pass this stop.

- There are two bus options that will take you from Nice Airport to Cannes:

     - Public bus 200 is much slower as there are more stops here, so the journey may take up to 90 minutes depending on traffic. This is a cheap option (€ 1.50) but not suitable for time sensitive holidaymakers.

     - The best of these is the Express Bus Service # 210. It is slightly more expensive (€ 22) than the public bus, but much faster as the journey only takes 45 minutes.

- You can also book a group transfer from the cruise company with the manager of For Gates Ukraine.
- The best way to order a transfer from the manager of For Gates Ukraine (97 Euro / 1-4 passengers).
