ELECTRONIC VISA (e-Visa) TO INDIA

In case your planned stay in India is up to 90 days, it is enough to issue an electronic visa (e-Visa) to India.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION OF THE ELECTRONIC VISA (e-Visa) TO INDIA:

1. Scanned copy of the information (first) page of the passport, which is valid for at least 6 months at the time of arrival in India, and have at least two blank pages of "Visa":

- in PDF format;

- scan size. copies of the passport must be at least 10 KV and not exceed 300 KV.

If you have a second valid foreign passport, you must provide a scanned copy of the information page of this passport.

2. Color photo in electronic form, size 50 by 50 mm (taken no later than 3 months before submission). The photo must be taken against a white background:

- in JPEG format;

- the size must be at least 10 KB and not exceed 1 MB.

3. Application form of the applicant with all the filled in data.

To apply for an electronic business visa (e-Business visa), you must additionally provide a scanned copy of the BUSINESS CARD (English version).

To apply for an electronic medical visa (e-Medical visa), you must additionally provide a scanned copy of the LETTER OF INVITATION from a medical institution in India.

CONDITIONS, PURPOSE AND DURATION OF THE ELECTRONIC VISA (e-Visa):

• Foreigners whose sole purpose is to visit and rest in India, sightseeing tours, short-term medical treatment, visiting friends or relatives, short business trips, etc.

• Passport validity of at least 6 months at the time of arrival in India and have at least two blank pages (VISAS).

• Upon arrival, the applicant is required to submit biometric data.

• An electronic visa (e-Visa) is valid for entry to one of 28 international airports in India: Ahmedabad, Amritsar, Bagdogra, Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, Calicut, Chennai, Chandigarh, Cochin, Coimbatore, Delhi, Gaya, Goa, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur , Kolkata, Lucknow, Madurai, Mangalore, Mumbai, Nagpur, Port Blair, Pune, Tiruchirapalli, Trivandrum, Varanasi and Vishakhapatnam or 5 seaports: Cochin, Mormugao (Goa), Mangalore, Mumbai, Chennai.

• Citizens of Ukraine traveling on other documents, such as diplomatic, special or service passports, are not eligible to open an e-Visa.

• Tourists must have a return or onward travel ticket and sufficient money to stay in India.

• Tourists must not own real estate or business in India.

• For the entire period of stay in India, a tourist must always have an electronic permit with him.

• An electronic visa (e-Visa) is not renewable, cannot be reissued for another type of visa and does not give the right to visit restricted areas, where special permits must be obtained in advance.

If your planned stay in India is more than 90 days, you need to apply for a visa by contacting the Embassy of India in Kiev.

The cost and timing of such a visa should be checked with the visa manager in advance.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR REGISTRATION OF A TOURIST VISA (TV) TO INDIA:

1. International passport, valid for at least 6 months at the time of arrival in India, and have at least two blank pages "Visa". If you have a second valid or previous (canceled) foreign passport, you must provide a copy of all pages with marks.

2. 1 color photo (50 x 50 mm) on a light background (taken no later than 3 months before submission).

3. Application form of the applicant with all the filled in data.

4. A high-quality copy of all pages of the Ukrainian passport.

5. Hotel reservation for the entire period of stay in India.

6. Booking a flight (round trip).

7. Original Certificate from the bank on the availability of funds in the account, with the balance of 1500 - 2000 dollars / person. and statement from dvitransfer of funds on this account for the last 2 months.

For children traveling with parents:

2. 1 color photo (50 x 50 mm) on a light background (taken no later than 3 months before submission).

3. The original of the notarized Permission for the child to travel abroad, in case of traveling with one of the parents or accompanied by a third person.

4. Copy of birth certificate.
