UK visa
Attention! The decision to issue a visa is made by the consular authority in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. In Ukraine, only the visa center operates, which deals with the reception of documents and the removal of biometric data. We also want to draw your attention to the fact that a visa to the UK for citizens of Ukraine is issued within at least three weeks, so you need to prepare for processing documents in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland at least 1.5 months before departure.

To submit documents at the UK Visa Application Center, the personal presence of a tourist is required, because. each tourist is required to submit biometric data (fingerprints and digital photo).
*Children under 5 years old do not submit their fingerprints, they are only photographed.
*Minors must submit documents and provide biometric data in the presence of a parent, official guardian or a third person who has the appropriate notarized power of attorney from the parent or guardian.

The term for consideration of documents (on average) is from 21 business days, starting from the day the documents are submitted to the UK Visa Application Centre. In case of questions from the British Embassy, there may be a delay in issuing a visa. The Visa Application Center has the right to ask for additional documents.

It is important to know!

from January 30, 2023, the UK visa center in Kyiv will ONLY accept documents and biometric data. Passports are returned to applicants immediately after submission. After receiving notification of the decision, applicants will be able to go to the TLScontact visa center in Warsaw in person or hand over their passport with a representative.

Our company has an additional service of affixing a visa to a passport at the visa center in Warsaw. We hand over the passport to a trusted person and return the document back to Ukraine. This service is for an additional fee.
The visa is pasted on the day the passport is submitted and the passport is immediately returned to the applicant or authorized person.

We inform you that courier services directly to and from the visa center in Warsaw are currently not possible.
