Viking is expanding its round the world cruise to 136 days!23.07.2020 15:20
Cruise line Viking has announced its new round-the-world cruise for 2021-2022, which will last 136 days and will cover 27 countries and 56 ports, with overnight stays in 11 cities.

The cruise is scheduled to start on December 24, 2021 from Fort Lauderdale on the Viking Star and will include three new ports of call for Viking, including Phillip and Eden Island, Australia, and Yangon, Myanmar.

The liner will first go to Central America; further transit through the Panama Canal; travel along the west coast of North America before crossing the Pacific to Hawaii; visits to New Zealand and Australia; cruise through Asia, the Middle East and the Mediterranean before heading to London.

Also, the cruise line provides the opportunity to choose a shorter 119-day leg of the round-the-world trip, departing from Los Angeles on January 10, 2022 and visiting 22 countries and 49 ports, ending in London.

As a bonus, all guests around the world will have the opportunity to stay on board for another three days and disembark in the port city of Bergen, Norway.

“For over 20 years, we have striven to provide our guests with an immersive and culturally enriching experience while traveling the world in comfort,” said Thorstein Hagen, Chairman of Viking. “It has been an unusual year for all travelers, but we remain focused on the future and are delighted to offer our guests a new destination-oriented round-the-world cruise that will allow for expanded exploration in 2021-2022.”
