Just received word from Royal Caribbean that they will be increasing their service charge (gratuities) effective November 11, 2023.
From 11/11/23, tips will increase by $2 per person per day:
- Standard cabins were 16$ - will be 18$
- Junior suite was 16$ - will be 18$
- Suite was $18.50 - will become $20.5
Follow cruise industry news in a convenient way for you:
Guests booking a stateroom prior to November 11, 2023 will be charged the old rate if gratuity is paid prior to departure.
When paying gratuities on board, the new rate will be applied.
For all new orders after November 11, 2023, tips will be calculated at the new prices.
