Costa Cruises suspends cruises until the end of April!

 

For all cruises already booked for April, May and June (before June 30th) if canceled before May 31st: - the ability to reschedule the cruise 48 hours before departure and choose a new one with departure in 2020 or winter 2021.

 

For markets where Italy is not allowed to enter, an additional onboard loan is offered for transferred cruises:

INNER CABIN - 100 Euro / cabin;

CABIN WITH WINDOW - 150 Euro / cabin;

CABIN WITH BALCONY - 200 Euro / cabin;

 

It is impossible to cancel the cruise for loyal fines (50 EUR / person)!

 

Also, the cruise company offers softer conditions for booking new cruises:

 

For new bookings made before May 31 for any 2020 departure, standard payment terms will apply, but there is the option of rebooking the cruise without penalty on any 2020/2021 cruise 48 hours before departure.

 

In the event of a cancellation by the cruise customer, the full amount of the cruise price (including all prepaid services such as service charge, drinks and air travel) will be converted into a voucher for a new booking in the full amount received by Costa Cruises.

 

If the tourist refuses to accept the voucher, the cruise will be canceled, subject to normal penalties.
