Conditions of attendance related to COVID-19 (For citizens of Ukraine):

- a certificate of vaccination, provided that at least 14 days have passed since the date of completion of the full vaccination scheme (if multiple doses are envisaged, then this date is the administration of the last dose of the vaccine)

- negative PCR test done no more than 72 hours before entry and departure of 10-day self-isolation

- negative rapid antigen test done no more than 48 hours before entry and departure of 10-day self-isolation

- confirmation of recovery, if no more than 180 days have passed from the date of infection, or a certificate of the presence of antibodies is valid for 90 days after the analysis

- a questionnaire (PTC) completed before entering the country for those who provide documents for testing for Covid-19 or confirmation of recovery / certificate of the presence of antibodies for entry.

- documents are provided in English or German. The vaccination certificate must contain information on the number of doses received and the type of vaccine and / or drug confirmation of vaccination with the name of the vaccine and the number of doses given

- the requirements do not apply to children under 12 years old

- children under the age of 17 may not serve 10 days of self-isolation if they enter the country with vaccinated parents

- children 12-17 years old must provide a document on a negative PCR test / rapid antigen test or confirmation of recovery / certificate of the presence of antibodies

- for early termination of 10-day self-isolation, a test can be done, but not earlier than 5 days after entry.
