From 27.05.2021, tourists from any country in the world, except for tourists, are allowed to enter the Seychelles for 14 days before the trip, who have visited Bangladesh, Brazil, India, Nepal and Pakistan and South Africa. Tourists visiting these countries are not allowed to enter the Seychelles.
The main condition for entering the Seychelles from approved countries is a negative PCR test taken 72 hours before departure and a mandatory travel permit obtained on the official government website https://seychelles.govtas.com/. Also, tourists must have medical insurance covering the costs in case of COVID-19 illness (quarantine, isolation and treatment).
Vaccination of tourists is not required, but highly recommended.
When entering the Seychelles, there are no restrictions on movement in the country, quarantine measures and restrictions at the place of stay. Guests can move freely, without fail observing sanitary measures: masks, social distance, disinfection and hand washing.
The living conditions for children under the age of 18, regardless of their vaccination status, will be the same as for the parents / guardians they accompany.
All visitors are required to report any medical condition at any time during their stay at the hotel to hotel management and public health authorities for further evaluation. Anyone who tests positive and / or is in close contact will be required to undergo isolation or quarantine in accordance with national protocols.

Actions of tourists before arrival:
1. 72 hours before departure to Seychelles, it is necessary to pass a PCR test, the result of which must be negative. The certificate of delivery of the PCR test must be in English in paper form with an original seal.
2. Tourists must apply for a mandatory permit from the Seychelles Health Department on the website with the Tourism Department and the Seychelles Health Department.
Required documents for uploading to the site:
- A valid passport;
- A recent passport photo or a photo of yourself (selfie) taken during the application process;
- Contact information (home address, phone number, email address);
- Travel details (flight number of arrival or vessel number, seat or cabin number, airports or ports of departure and arrival, departure date of the first flight for a transfer flight);
- Information about all certified places of residence where you will be staying;
- Negative PCR test for COVID-19;
- Certificate (s) of vaccination and (or) health status (if applicable);
- Valid travel insurance with full coverage of medical expenses for the entire duration of your stay in Seychelles;
The procedure is paid, the cost of the fee is 10 euros for an adult, 5.40 euros for a child up to 12 years old;
The term for consideration of the application does not exceed 9 hours, but usually the answer comes quickly.
Urgent pickup (10 minutes): for an adult - 70 euros, for a child under 12 years old - 25.40 euros.

Aeroflot
When flying to Seychelles, you need a certificate with a negative result of a PCR test done 72 hours before departure, and a medical permit from the Seychelles Department of Health.
Emirates
All tourists 1 year and older traveling to the Seychelles in transit through Dubai must provide a certificate of a negative PCR test, made no earlier than 72 hours before departure, and a medical clearance from the Seychelles Department of Health.
Emirates passengers also need to download the Health Declaration Form from the airline's website using the link, fill it out and submit it in a printed form when checking in for a flight at Domodedovo airport.
For citizens of the Russian Federation returning to Russia in transit through Dubai, it is not required to provide a PCR test result to board the flight.
Etihad airways
Landing on Etihad Airways flights requires a negative PCR test in English and a medical clearance from the Seychelles Department of Health. When leaving for Seychelles, the PCR test must be done no earlier than 72 hours before departure.
All tourists departing from the Seychelles on Etihad Airways flights must take a PCR test in the Seychelles. When departing from Seychelles to Russia, the PCR test must be done no earlier than 72 hours before the departure of the flight - for citizens of the Russian Federation.
