Welcome bonuses from Explora Journeys

Explora Journeys introduces a welcome bonus program for guests - Exclusive Welcome Match. It allows holders of club cards of various cruise companies and hotel chains* to receive a welcome bonus to the client’s onboard account - JEC (Journey Experience Credit), which the guest can use during a cruise on board the EXPLORA I liner.
The bonus amount will be from 50 to 200 JEC euros, depending on the current status of the loyalty program.
When booking a cruise before December 31, 2023, customers will receive a double JEC bonus from EXPLORA JOURNEYS.
Terms and conditions for the welcome bonus
- JEC is provided for the first bookings of Explora Journeys cruises according to the list of cruise and hotel companies*;
- The welcome bonus is only valid for the 1st and 2nd guest in the suite;
- JEC is only available for cruises of 6 nights or more;
- Explora Journeys reserves the right to cancel the program at any time and refuse the bonus request;
- Explora Journeys reserves the right to determine the level of eligibility of the current status and the level of the bonus provided;
- JEC is not refundable if it is not used during the cruise;
- The Welcome Bonus is a one-time bonus per guest and is valid for a valid Explora Journeys cruise booking.
To check a guest's club status, you will need the following information:
- FULL NAME
- Email
- Phone number
- Residence address
- Date of Birth
- Brand of the cruise or hotel company
- Status
- Photo/scan of the current account of the cruise or hotel company
As Explora Journeys launches its own loyalty program in the next 24 months, the data provided will be retained in order to ensure that the program member receives relevant benefits, which will be determined after status verification.
*Please check with your manager for the list of cruise and hotel companies included in the program.
