Peace of Mind is a new temporary company policy that allows new and existing individual and group bookings starting March 10, 2020 through September 30, 2020 inclusive, to cancel their reservation 48 hours in advance from the cruise date and receive a full refund as a future cruise credit coupon (FCC). The FCC can be used for cruises starting before December 31, 2022. New reservations must be made within one year from the date of cancellation.

 

Norwegian Cruise Line reserves the right to change this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated.

 

Leveraging Future Cruise Credit (FCC)

All certificates must be used within one year from the date of issue and can be used for cruises until December 31, 2022 or earlier. The certificate can be used for any purchase other than inline credit (OBC). FCC will be credited to guests by contact number within seven business days of the cancellation. If the cost of the cruise for a new booking exceeds the cost of the FCC, you must pay the difference. Alternatively, if the new cruise rate is lower than the value in the certificate, a new certificate will be issued for the remaining amount.

 

Applications of the certificate:

• Cruise;

• Flights booked through the Norwegian Cruise Line;

• Any additional services and goods provided by Norwegian Cruise Line, other than Onboard Credits (OBC);

• Prepayment for service (tip).

 

The certificate cannot be applied:

• Insurance against cancellation;

• Special Advertising Airborne Credits (OBC).

 

At the time of cancellation, all promotions and amenities will be removed from the booking and will not carry over to future bookings. All pre-cruise purchases will be included in the certificate provided (excluding OBC).

 

Additional Information:

• Policy applies to existing and active cruise bookings from March 10, 2020 to September 30, 2020.

• Policy does not apply to bookings canceled before March 10, 2020.

• The final calculation is based on our current standard policy
