2. After receiving a confirmation response for the return and all instructions on this process, send an official letter and other necessary documents to the office of FOR GATES UKRAINE TOV / FOR GATES CRUZI TOV, according to the recommendations in the confirmation response, from your manager.

 

BASIC RULES FOR RETURNS

 

1. Refunds to the agency on grounds (cancellation; cost reduction as a result of a change in the tour; payment of a claim, etc.) is carried out on the basis of the original official letter from the agency signed and sealed by the head of the organization.

 

The original letter must be sent to FOR GATES UKRAINE TOV / FOR GATES KRUZI TOV or sent by letter together with accounting documents to the address: Kiev, 04074, st. Vyshgorodskaya, 4. The amount to be refunded is calculated in UAH at the internal rate of FOR GATES UKRAINE TOV / FOR GATES CRUISE TOV, according to which the payment for this order was credited.

 

2. The form of the return depends on the form of payment for the order, namely:

 

- refunds for services previously paid through the operating cash desks of banks, regardless of the amount, are made by bank transfer to the personal account (credit card or other bank account) of the individual who paid for this order (in accordance with the Instruction on cashless payments in Ukraine in national currency approved by the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine dated January 21, 2004 No. 22 according to which "refund of payment for goods (work, services) previously paid by bank transfer is carried out only by bank transfer";

 

- Refunds for services previously paid by legal entities by bank transfer are made to the settlement accounts of organizations by bank transfer.
