It is regrettable and frustrating to have to cancel or postpone cruises. It is our vocation as sailors to take you on a voyage across the seas of the world, and we know that your cruise is an important event that you are looking forward to. I want to assure you that our entire team is focused on handling each case on an individual basis: if you are affected by a cancellation, you will be contacted by phone at least 30 days in advance. The list of affected cruises is updated on our website in real time. I also want to assure you that none of our nine ships have been infected with COVID-19. And, despite the many difficulties that arose around the world, all of our passengers who were on board when the crisis began were able to return home. "

 

All tourists whose cruises have been canceled will be provided with a certificate for a future cruise valid for cruises departing within 24 months from the start date of the canceled cruise.
