Option number 1.

 

- For those who have already paid for their cruises in full, the cruise company offers a certificate for a future cruise in the amount of 125% of the paid cruise fare + onboard credit in the amount of $ 250.00. US per person, which can be applied to any future cruise until December 31, 2021. All prepaid services purchased from Holland America Line will be refunded to their original payment method. For those who have not yet fully paid for their cruise, the company provides a certificate for a future cruise in the amount of 125% of the amount paid in Holland America Line + onboard credit in the amount of $ 250.00. US per person, which can also be applied to any future cruise until December 31, 2021.

 

Option number 2.

 

 - For those who refuse a 125% certificate for a future cruise and an onboard loan 250 USD. US per person, the cruise line promises to provide a 100% refund of funds paid to Holland America Line on the original method of payment. Refunds include both the cruise fare itself and all prepaid services purchased from Holland America Line, including shore excursions, transfers, service charge, port dues and taxes.

 

Please note that the above refund program does not apply to guests who have booked additional services on their own. If any portion of the journey has not been booked through Holland America Line, the cruise line recommends contacting local service providers.

 

Holland asks its guests to finalize their compensation choice by June 1, 2020. If the answer is not received within the specified time, Option # 1 will be automatically selected.
