Royal Caribbean, Celebrity & Azamara Extend Cruise Cancellations21.04.2020 16:29
Royal Caribbean, Celebrity & Azamara have extended the suspension of all cruises worldwide until June 11, 2020.
As a result of this cancellation, you are given the following options:
Option 1: Certificate for a future cruise in the amount of 125%, which you can use until December 31, 2021:
The amount of the certificate will be calculated based on the price paid for the cruise. And we give you an additional amount of 25% given this unique situation.
The company will automatically issue you a certificate for a future cruise by May 22, 2020 and send it by email.
If you purchased any additional services or packages, for example: internet, drinks, alternative restaurants, upgrade of the cabin category under the RoyalUP Upgrade program, you will automatically receive a refund.
Assist Card insurance will also be refunded.
Option 2: Instead of a certificate, you can choose a full refund of the cruise price. In order to give you more time to decide on your future travels, we give you the opportunity to book your new cruise by December 31, 2020:
If you choose to return instead of a future cruise certificate, please consult with us to begin the return process.
We will void your certificate and refund your original form of payment, including a non-refundable deposit.
Expect to receive your refund approximately one month after your request was submitted.
If you have booked a hotel or flight:
