Operator Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings has announced it will extend its previously announced suspension of global cruise lines to include cruises starting 05/11/2020 through 06/30/2020 for all of its cruise brands: Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas.

 

In this regard, the cruise company offers all victims of 2 compensation options to choose from:

 

Option number 1.

 

- For those who have already paid for their cruises, the cruise company offers a certificate for a future cruise in the amount of 125% of the paid cruise fare, which can be applied to any future cruise until 31.12.2022.

 

Option number 2.

 

 - For those who refuse a 125% certificate for a future cruise, the cruise company promises to provide a 100% refund on the original method of payment to all those who submit a specially completed application. Refunds will take at least 90 days from the date of receipt of the completed form.

 

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings is committed to taking all the necessary steps and actions to combat the spread of COVID-19 and works closely with local, state, federal and global agencies.
