From August 1, all passengers arriving in the UAE must have a PCR test for Covid-19!30.07.2020 06:38
According to the Emirates News Agency, all passengers arriving in the UAE from 01.08.2020 must have a PCR test with them. It must be done no more than 96 hours before arrival.
The UAE border crossing rule, which will begin in early August, applies to citizens, residents, tourists, visitors and even transit travelers, regardless of the country of departure and final airport of arrival. The exception is children under 12 years of age.
Based on a joint decision by the UAE National Crisis and Emergency Management Authority and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, all passengers traveling through UAE airports to countries requiring a PCR test must be tested prior to boarding the respective aircraft.
The Dila Medical Laboratory, which is now the only network in Ukraine authorized by the Emirates for testing for Covid-19, has published detailed explanations of the testing procedure for flying to the UAE: at the request of the UAE Immigration Service, it is only necessary to register for a PCR test for COVID-19 on the COVID-19 SCREENING REGISTRATION.
Your research results will be uploaded to the same portal and when passing the border, the immigration control officer will see them directly in the system.
In order for the studies to be valid at the time of departure from Ukraine and arrival in the UAE, they must be passed at the DILA department before the flight:
in 48 hours - in Kiev;
60 hours - in other cities of Ukraine.
Step-by-step algorithm for passing testing by reference.
As a reminder, starting from July 7, the emirate of Dubai opened for international tourism, and flydubai and UIA resumed their regular flights on the Kiev - Dubai route. It was also reported earlier that all passengers at Dubai International Airport are free to test.
