First of all, we want to remind you that according to the rules of entry to the Maldives, a COVID-19 test is NOT REQUIRED, but in a number of countries upon return or transit, a COVID-19 test is MANDATORY!

 

Thus, this category of tourists must pass the test in the Maldives no earlier than 96 hours before departure, unless otherwise specified by the requirements of a third party.

 

The test is paid by guests at the hotel where the stay is booked. We recommend that you pre-request the cost of this service at a particular hotel when calculating the tour.

 

Important! Since July 25, the United Arab Emirates at Dubai airports have introduced a mandatory requirement to present a negative result of PCR tests for COVID-19 for all passengers over 12 years old when boarding an airplane on arrival and departure, and for passengers from 31 countries (Ukraine is NOT on this list included) flying in transit through the UAE must be re-tested at the airports of the UAE at the expense of the airlines!

 

Please note that upon request, we will be able to provide you with a list of countries whose citizens require re-testing at the airports of the UAE during transit.
