While we are unable to travel on our favorite cruise ships due to quarantine measures, cruise lines continue to build new ships and expand their fleets!

 

Of course, this news cannot but please all cruise lovers. In addition to the emergence of new, even more modern cruise ships, the construction and design of new ships shows a willingness to invest and develop the cruise market. This means that in the future we will have even more of the brightest and most unforgettable cruises!
 

It is planned that the new liner will be launched in 2022, especially to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Carnival Cruise Line! And the name of the liner will correspond to the anniversary celebration - Carnival Celebration. It will become the second Excel-class cruise ship after Mardi Grass (scheduled to enter service on 6 February 2021).
 

Each of the partners of the cruise company (Katy Lee Gifford, Guy Fiery and Shaquille O'Neill, and others) received a box with one of the letters of the name of the liner. Thus, after taking a photo and putting them together, everyone learned the name of the new liner.
 

Carnival Celebration will begin its first cruise from the Port of Miami in November 2022.
 

Carnival's 50th anniversary celebrations kick off in March 2022 with a series of commemorative cruises that will include special entertainment and itineraries that will continue throughout the year, culminating in the arrival of the Carnival Celebration in Miami in November 2022.
