Costa Deliziosa went on a cruise yesterday!
As we previously announced, cruise lines are gradually resuming cruises after a long break due to quarantine. You can find a complete list at the link below.
Cruise companies resume cruises
All safety protocols have already been implemented on the liners, which makes it possible to exclude the possibility of infection on board with coronavirus to a minimum. From the most modern filtration systems and air purification with the destruction of bacteria to organizational measures. Everyone who has ever been on a cruise already knows that on board a cruise liner a lot of attention has always been paid to the health of passengers (the same sanitizers were there long before the events of 2020).
Costa Cruises is the next cruise line to open doors for tourists!
The modern cruise ship Costa Deliziosa launched from the port of Trieste in Italy on 09/06/2020.
Boarding a cruise ship in the port of Trieste, Italy
The liner makes eight-day cruises in the Mediterranean and the Adriatic with visits to: Trieste (departure), Bari, Brindisi, Corigliano Rossano, Syracuse, Catania, Trieste (arrival). Other embarkation ports are Catania and Bari.
At the moment, these cruises are available for European citizens. Cruises for Ukrainian citizens on Costa Cruises liners will be available from October (but these terms may vary depending on events related to quarantine restrictions).
A more promising direction for cruise lovers are cruises on the Persian Gulf from the UAE (ports of Dubai, Abu Dhabi) and Qatar (port of Doha).
The UAE is already available for visiting for Ukrainian citizens!
