The program is valid for all confirmed and new bookings made before November 30, 2020 for all cruises until April 30, 2022 for Royal Caribbean and Azamara, and until May 4, 2022 for Celebrity Cruises.

 

Guests can cancel the cruise up to 48 hours prior to departure and receive a certificate for the amount paid. The certificate is issued in the amount of 100% of the cruise tariff and port dues. Taxes and tips are returned.

 

The certificate will be valid for use until December 31, 2021 or within 12 months from the date of issue (the period will be indicated on the certificate). In addition, the Lift & Shift program is valid:

The program allows you to reschedule the cruise to the next year, changes must be made by November 30, 2020.

 

Preservation of the price (cruise + port dues) and / or applied promotions is guaranteed, the cost of taxes is not saved, they will be considered for a new cruise.

 

The cruise must be with a similar itinerary, duration and cabin category, and next year's cruise date must be within 4 weeks before or after the current cruise date. A reservation can only be transferred once. Holiday cruise reservations cannot be rescheduled. Cruises in 2021 can only be rescheduled for cruises departing before 04/30/22 for Royal Caribbean and Azamara, until 05/04/22 for Celebrity.
