Costa Cruises has announced that it will resume cruises in Italy from January 31 on the Costa Deliziosa, canceling other flights from January 7 to January 31, citing uncertainty over COVID-19 restrictions in the coming weeks.

 

Costa Deliziosa will operate cruises originally planned for the Costa Smeralda with route options for three, four and seven days.

 

“The company has made these changes to its planned cruise programs in order to maintain the best cruise experience for its guests,” Costa commented in a press release. “The decision to resume cruises on Costa Deliziosa will increase the flexibility of the itinerary in the event of any COVID-19 changes, while maintaining the uniqueness and exclusivity of cruises aboard one of the most beautiful and hospitable ships in the Costa fleet.”
