MSC plans to resume cruises in the Greek Islands for Easter!05.02.2021 14:56
The other day, in a press release, the Italian company MSC Cruises announced that it is working closely with the Greek Ministry of Tourism and other authorities to reopen all local services that are necessary to service cruise passengers by Easter.
Also, the company announced that it is canceling all planned cruises on the MSC Magnifica until April 29, 2021. It was originally planned that the ship will return to sea on February 14, and will operate on the Greek Islands.
Guests booking MSC Magnifica before April 29 will be offered the option to rebook their cruise to any other ship calling into Greece or to MSC Grandiosa, which currently operates Western Mediterranean cruises (Schengen residents only).
MSC Grandiosa currently operates weekly cruises, departing every Sunday from Genoa and calling at Civitavecchia, Naples, Palermo or Cagliari in Italy, and Valletta in Malta. Boarding is possible from every port in Italy.
