These requirements come into force from 00.00 24.03.2021

According to the new changes in the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1236, dated December 9, 2020 upon arrival in Ukraine:

1) All foreigners must have a health insurance policy and a negative PCR test, which is done no later than 72 hours before crossing the state border (it does not matter from which country the foreigner

flies). Self-isolation or observation is not applied to foreigners. If there is no negative PCR test, the tourist will be REFUSED ENTRY.

Exempt from tests and insurance (diplomats, crew members, and others according to PKMU 1236).

2) All citizens of Ukraine are subject to self-isolation / observation (no matter from which country the citizen is sent) by establishing a mob. applications "Diy at home".

Citizens of Ukraine who have a negative PCR test, made no later than 48 hours before crossing the border, are exempted from self-isolation / observation.

Citizens of Ukraine who have a negative PCR test done in Ukraine after installing a mob are exempted from self-isolation / observation. applications "Diy at home".
