Norwegian Prima is the new liner of the Norwegian Cruise Line, which will the first in a new, more luxurious class.

The development of the liner project began at the beginning of 2017. Despite the pandemic and almost no cruises in the 2020-2021 years, the cruise company has not changed its plans to build a new liner. The vessel will be built at the familiar Fincantieri shipyard in Marghera, Italy.

How is this class remarkable and will differ from other Norwegian Cruise Line liners?

In general, the new liners will be close to the Premium class in many respects.

More space and suites await you on board, and the traditional open deck with restaurants will double.

The cruise ship will have 2 infinity pools.

Deck 8 will have 2x the width of the Waterfront promenade deck. There will be an increase in the number of restaurants on Ocean Boulevard with restaurants and a boardwalk. A novelty from the company is also planned here - an open-air Indulge Food Hall food court with a choice of 11 different dishes from grill, tapas, barbecue, Italian to a wide selection of desserts. Also on the 8th deck there will be a VIP area The Haven with a panoramic view and an infinity pool at the stern.

You can walk “over the sea” across the two glass bridges of the Oceanwalk, and enjoy the open-air seascapes at the La Terraza Lounge at the bow of the ship.

Starting August 2022, Norwegian Prima will begin cruises from Amsterdam and Copenhagen to Northern Europe and the Fjords. A cruise in the Baltic (Northern Europe) is planned from 17 August 2022.
