11/06/2021 Royal Caribbean Group postpones launching of liners
 
Of course, this is logical, given the number of liners already built and the pandemic.
- Icon class liners will now be launched in 2023, 2025 and 2026. The last two for a delay of 1 year.
- The new Oasis class liner will join the Royal Caribbean fleet in the second quarter of 2024 (instead of 2023).

Costa Diadema 5 * 2014 - cruises start in December.
Costa Toscana 5 * 2021 - will start cruises from 16.12.2021
Costa Favolosa 5 * 2011 (renovation - 2018) - will make both weekly and shorter cruises in South America
Costa Fortuna 5 * 2003 (renovated 2018) - will cruise from Rio de Janeiro, offering eight-night itineraries that pass through Brazil, Argentina and Uruguay. Ports of call include Buzios, Ilhabela, Ilha Grande, Montevideo and Buenos Aires.

Oceania Cruises introduces the next round of in-flight culinary enhancements.
Oceania Cruises has announced the start of the second phase of culinary enhancements in its fleet of small craft under the OceaniaNEXT program. According to a press release, the next phase will feature new wine tasting programs, an expanded in-room meal and soufflé of the day at The Grand Dining Room, and more.
We can safely say that these are cruises for real gourmands.

Previously, the cruise line had a base cruise fare with the option to add items such as alcohol, gratuities, and other on-board services.

11/22/2021 Debut of the submarine Crystal Endeavor
 
This is a completely new word not only in excursions but also in expeditions!
The new submarine aboard the Crystal Endeavor made its official debut in Antarctica on the ship's maiden voyage from Ushuaia, which departed last week. Cruise passengers were the first to take advantage of this unique service.
The two-seater (plus pilot) requires no special equipment or gear to take guests on an underwater journey, offering a truly unique way to experience and explore the icy polar region.
Crystal Endeavor is the first of eight 11-day flights to Antarctica that depart from Ushuaia, Argentina and cross the famous Drake Passage before visiting the South Shetland Islands, Weddell Sea, Falkland Islands and South Georgia, and plenty of time to explore the Antarctic Peninsula, home to colonies of penguins, seals, whales and seabirds. The program will run until February 2022.

The decision was announced on November 25 and applies to cruise ships arriving in Singapore and meeting the country's prevailing entry requirements.
21 countries include Australia, USA, Great Britain, Germany, Canada, Spain, Denmark, France, Italy, Netherlands, South Korea, Switzerland, Brunei, with immediate effect; Malaysia, Finland, Indonesia, Sweden and India from November 29; Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates from December 6.
