Two more cruise lines have canceled the vaccination requirement!
 
Royal Caribbean is waiving the vaccination requirement on cruises departing from Europe, Los Angeles, Galveston, New Orleans starting September 5th. For cruises calling in Greece and Spain, unvaccinated passengers are required to be tested on board to go ashore. A negative PCR or antigen test is required for planting.
 
Starting September 5th, Celebrity will be waiving the vaccination requirement on cruises departing from Los Angeles, England and Europe (excluding cruises calling at Iceland). For cruises calling in Greece and Spain, unvaccinated passengers are required to be tested on board to go ashore. A negative PCR or antigen test is required for planting.
 

 
Vaccination requirements for boarding ships have been waived at the following ports:
 
• All European ports (including Haifa and Southampton)
• Los Angeles
• Galveston
• New Orleans (cruises start in November)
 
Please note that the protocols for shipments from other ports in the United States, including from Florida and from New York, do not change yet, we will immediately publish new information on our website.

For shipments within Europe:
 
• For shipments after 5 September inclusive, vaccination is not required to board the ship.
• We recommend that guests be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 if available.
• While vaccinations are not required, we ask guests to report their status at the time of check-in to ensure a high vaccination rate on board.
• Guests 12 years of age or older who are considered unvaccinated or whose vaccine is considered out of date will require additional testing to exit at certain ports of call in Spain and Greece.
• Testing rules have not changed.

For departures from Los Angeles and Galveston:

• IMPORTANT - Grand Cayman Cruises: Unvaccinated guests aged 12 and over can travel but will need to remain on board when we arrive in Grand Cayman
• Testing rules will be published closer to the start of cruises from New Orleans.
