Norwegian Cruise Line has announced plans to build an exclusive new terminal at the Miami cruise port, scheduled for completion in 2020.
Coming from Miami, you will be able to see the new NorwegianCruiseLine terminal of over 15,000 sqm designed by renowned architecture firm Bermello Ajamil & Partners in Miami.The Terminal will be able to accommodate ships with a capacity of up to 5,000 passengers and is equipped with new technology for faster and more efficient boarding processes and drop-off, as well as expedited security screening and baggage check-in.
Groups and charters will also enjoy a warm welcome in the dedicated lounge and service area. It is also planned to complete the construction of a new garage and parking area with direct access to the terminal and lounge.
The terminal's modern design draws inspiration from the Nautilus, with a spiral, tiered façade with stunning ocean views. Innovative lighting, inviting indoor and outdoor waiting areas, and other guest-oriented features will enhance the overall experience of a cruise port that is sure to be the crown jewel of the Port of Miami.
