Home > Порт "Sir Bani Yas/Abu Dhabi, UAE"
Sir Bani Yas is an island in the Persian Gulf, 250 km from Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Just a few years ago, the island was nothing more than rocks and sand, and in a relatively short period of time, the island transformed from a desert into a paradise on earth. Artificial irrigation was carried out on an uninhabited island, making it completely green with native trees, including fruit trees, and inhabited by wild animals. They are all purely Arab, living in this region for thousands of years. Many of the endangered or nearly extinct Arab flora and fauna from the Red Book have been recovered by biologists from the United Arab Emirates. Today they live on the island in their natural state.
