Visa for Gibraltar

Gibraltar is an overseas territory of Great Britain and to visit it, you must first apply for a visa by contacting the British Embassy.

All visa-free countries for citizens of Ukraine

Citizens of Ukraine who:

1) hold a valid Ukrainian biometric passport and have not exceeded 90 days of stay in the EU, will be allowed entry for a one-day visit (provided they pass the usual immigration check. Entry to Gibraltar is at the discretion of the immigration service).

2) are passengers on a cruise ship;

3). hold a valid biometric passport and EU residence permit, can visit Gibraltar for one day or up to 21 days. Travel documents must be valid for the duration of stay and return.

4) hold a multiple-entry British visa issued for a period of 6 months or more, however it does not necessarily have to be valid for another 6 months at the time of entry, but must be valid for the entire period of stay in Gibraltar. The visa must be affixed to the passport.

The UK Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) or eVisa is not valid for entry to Gibraltar*

5). have a valid biometric passport and UK residence permit and have resided in the UK for at least 2 years*

5) have a family reunification permit issued by an EU country.

*A UK multiple entry visa issued for a period of 6 months or more, a valid UK BRP card or a UK joint residence code together with a valid national passport. The UK residence permit must be issued for a period of 6 months, but it does not necessarily have to have 6 months remaining, but must be valid for the period of stay in Gibraltar. Residence in the UK does not give a person the right to work, receive government benefits and/or reside in Gibraltar. Entry into Gibraltar is at the discretion of the Immigration Service.
