Visa for Gibraltar

Gibraltar is an overseas territory of Great Britain and to visit it, you must first apply for a visa by contacting the British Embassy.

All visa-free countries for citizens of Ukraine

Citizens of Ukraine who:

1) entering Gibraltar for a one-day excursion organized as part of a travel package purchased from the Gibraltar travel operator;

2) are passengers of a cruise ship;

3) hold a multiple entry UK visa valid for more than 6 months or a residence permit in the UK valid for more than 12 months;

4) have a family reunification permit issued on the territory of the EU countries.

The UK Visa Application Center operates in Ukraine, which deals with receiving documents and taking biometric data.

To submit documents at the UK Visa Application Center, the personal presence of a tourist is required.

Children under 16 years old are required to come to the filing with one of the parents or with a notarially authorized person. Children from 16 years old can come to serve on their own.

In case of questions from the British Embassy, a delay in issuing a visa may be possible. The Visa Application Center has the right to ask for additional documents.

The receipt of documents at the Visa Center is carried out by the company's authorized representative on the basis of a power of attorney filled in by the tourist's hand and a receipt for payment.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR OPENING A TOURIST VISA TO GIBRALTAR (OUTSIDE TERRITORIES OF GREAT BRITAIN)

1. Foreign passport, which expires at least 6 months after the end of the tour.

2. Original of the second valid passport (if any) and copies (or originals) of previous (canceled) passports. Upon submission, the second valid passport, into which the visa is not pasted, is not withdrawn.

3. One color photograph (45 x 35 mm) on a light background (taken no later than 3 months before submission).

4. A photocopy of all pages of the internal passport.

5. A completed application form in English and signed by the tourist.

6. Photocopies of certificates of marriage, divorce, death, birth of children, even if they are not traveling with a tourist.

7. Document confirming your current status and source of income:

7.1. Employees provide:

- a certificate from the place of work, on the official letterhead of the company, which indicates the position, date of employment, salary (for the last 6 months). The certificate must contain the phrase about the preservation of the workplace and salary. Certified by the seal of the company and signatures of the director and accountant.

- the applicant's business card.

7.2 Entrepreneurs provide:

- a copy of the Extract or Certificate of Registration of a Private Entrepreneur;

- a copy of the taxpayer's certificate;

- a copy of the tax return or report for the last quarter or a certificate of income from the tax office;

- financial documents (for example, a certificate from the bank of a Private Entrepreneur).

7.3 Pensioners provide:

- a photocopy of the pension certificate;

- extract from PFU (Pension Fund of Ukraine).

7.4. Students provide:

- photocopy of student ID;

- a photocopy of the grade book;

- certificate from the place of the educational institution.

8. Certificate from the bank about the balance on the card account, plus a statement of the movement of funds on this card account for the last 6 months.

9. Photocopies of documents confirming the presence of movable and immovable property (apartment, cottage, car, ...).

10. Air tickets booked or redeemed.

11. Hotel reservation for the entire period of stay in Gibraltar.

12. Medical insurance for the period of the requested visa with an insured amount of at least 30,000 euros.

For children traveling with parents:

1. Foreign passport, which expires at least 6 months after the end of the tour.

3. One color photograph (45 x 35 mm) on a light background (taken no later than 3 months before submission).

4. A completed application form in English and signed by the tourist.

5. The original of the notarized Permission for the child to travel abroad, in case of traveling with one of the parents or accompanied by a third person. Plus copies of each parent's foreign passport (all pages).

6. The original certificate from the educational institution confirming the consent to leave the child abroad within the specified time frame.

7. Original and photocopy of the birth certificate.

8. Booked or redeemed tickets.

9. Hotel reservation for the entire period of stay in Gibraltar.

10. Medicine Nsk insurance for the period of the requested visa with an insured amount of at least 30,000 euros.

In the event that the travel of the applicant is sponsored, the sponsor provides:

1. Photocopies of passports (internal and foreign passports - completed pages).

2. Confirmation of financial status (depending on status): certificate from work, documents of the entrepreneur (see above), certificate from the bank about the balance on the card account, plus a statement of the movement of funds on this card account for the last 6 months.

3. Photocopies of documents confirming the presence of movable and immovable property (apartment, cottage, car, ...).

4. Notarized, certified sponsorship statement.

5. Documents confirming family ties (marriage, birth, ...).

You can provide any other documents or information that you think may be relevant to the application. It is in your interest to provide as complete information as possible.

Attention!!! All documents that are provided in Ukrainian or Russian must be originally issued or provided with translation into English and be certified by the seal and signature of the translation agency. For example, certificates from work, bank, school, documents of a Private Entrepreneur, certificates of birth and marriage, documents for real estate, etc. Translation of documents by our company for an additional fee.
