Visa for the Bahamas
The Bahamas, officially the Commonwealth of the Bahamas, used to be one of the many colonies of Great Britain, and since July 1973 - an independent state. It still has close relations with Great Britain and is included in the list of Commonwealth countries.
To visit the Bahamas, a visa must be obtained in advance.
Citizens of Ukraine who are traveling in transit and are passengers of a cruise ship are exempted from applying for a visa.

Necessary documents for obtaining a single-entry or multiple-entry tourist visa:
All documents must be scanned in pdf format and must be current, i.e. issued less than 6 months before your application:
1. One passport size digital photograph in pdf format
2. Completed questionnaire
3. Scan of the information page of the foreign passport, which is valid for at least 6 months
4. Work certificate or a copy of a valid business license (for self-employed persons)
5. Original bank certificate
6. Certificate of criminal record
7. Hotel voucher
8. Tour program
9. Airline tickets
10. Copy of invitation letter (if available)
11. Copy of the child's birth certificate (if applying for a visa for a child)
12. Copies of previous BAHAMAS visas if you have visited the Bahamas before (at least 3 previous visas are required to process a multiple entry application).
13. Confirmation of legal status in the country of residence, such as work permit, marriage permit, permanent residence permit, etc.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL DOCUMENTS ISSUED IN THE UKRAINIAN LANGUAGE MUST BE TRANSLATED INTO THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE
Importantly! The package of documents together with the visa application form must be submitted in person to one of the visa centers located in the following countries:
- USA (Atlanta, Miami, New York, Washington)
- China (Beijing)
- Cuba (Havana)
- WB (London)
- Canada (Ottawa)
- Haiti (Port-au-Prince)
