Visa to Canada
A visa to Canada can be issued in two ways: online and in person at a visa center.
In order to submit documents at the Canadian Visa Center, the applicant must be in person, as starting from 07/31/2018, biometric data must be submitted.

TOURIST VISA
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
1. One color photographs on a white background, size 35 x 45 mm (taken no later than 3 months before submission). in format jpeg.
2. Original foreign passport, with at least two blank pages marked "Visa", except for the last one. The validity of the passport must be at least another 6 months and cover the duration of the trip, because the validity of the visa cannot be longer than the validity of the passport.
3. The original of the second valid passport (if any) and copies (or originals) of the previous (canceled) passports.
4.The applicant's questionnaire with all completed data (including "Appendix 1" and the "Family Information" questionnaire).
5. Document confirming your current status and source of income:
5.1 Employees provide:
- a certificate from work, issued within the last two months, which confirms the granting of leave to you, which indicates: your name, position and current salary. The certificate must contain the name / name of the employer (institution), address, telephone and fax ... (full details);
- a copy of the work book, certified by the seal of the company (the size of the copy must be A4).

5.2 Entrepreneurs provide:
- a copy of the Extract or Certificate of Registration of a Private Entrepreneur;
- a copy of the License, if any;
- a copy of the taxpayer's certificate;
- a copy of the tax return or report for the last quarter or a statement of income from the tax office.
5.3 Pensioners provide:
- a photocopy of the pension certificate;
- an extract from the Pension Fund of Ukraine (PFU).
5.4. Students provide:
- photocopy of student ID;
- a photocopy of the grade book;
- certificate from the place of the educational institution.
6. Statement from the bank about the balance on the card account, plus a statement of the movement of funds on this card account for the last 6 months.
7. Photocopies of certificates of marriage, divorce, death, birth of children, even if they are not traveling with a tourist.
8. Booked or redeemed tickets.
9. Itinerary and program of stay in Canada with confirmation of hotel reservation.
In the event that the travel of the applicant is sponsored, the sponsor provides:
1. Photocopies of passports (internal and foreign passports - completed pages).
2. Confirmation of financial status (depending on status): certificate from work, documents of the entrepreneur (see above), certificate from the bank about the balance on the card account, plus a statement of the movement of funds on this card account for the last 6 months.
3. Photocopies of documents confirming the presence of movable and immovable property (apartment, cottage, car, ...).
4. Notarized, certified sponsorship statement.
5. Documents confirming family ties (marriage, birth, ...).
In addition, you can provide:
Documents confirming that you have property:
- a copy of the contract for the purchase of an apartment, house, summer residence;
- copies of documents on housing privatization;
- copies of documents confirming ownership of land, garden plot, car, garage, etc.
Copies of registration documents of your company (if you own your own business):
- constituent, registration, financial;
- valid agreements and contracts;
- advertising, product samples, etc.

You can provide any other documents or information that you think may be relevant to the application.
In the process of considering the application, the visa officer reserves the right to require the applicant to provide any other photos, documents and additional information necessary for making a decision and / or to go through an interview.
Attention!!! All documents that are submitted in Ukrainian must be provided with translation into English and be certified by the seal of the translator or translation agency. For example, certificates from work, bank, school, documents of a Private Entrepreneur, certificates of birth and marriage, documents for real estate, etc. Translation of documents by our company for an additional fee.
