REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR REGISTRATION OF A TOURIST VISA TO ESTONIA
 
1. International passport
Requirements for a foreign passport:
· The validity of the passport must be at least 3 months after the last date of the visa;
 
· The foreign passport must be issued within the last 10 years (extended passports are not accepted);
· 2 completely free pages provided for visas (with the inscription "VISAS / VISAS");
· If the person has several valid passports, all valid foreign passports must be presented when submitting the application;
· As a rule, the passport or passports remain at the embassy for the entire period of consideration of the application, however, if desired, the applicant can pick up the passport or passports during the consideration of the application after submitting the application. To do this, the passport or passports must be submitted to the embassy again no later than 12:00 on the appointed day of receipt of the answer.
 
2. Medical insurance
Health insurance can be obtained from any insurance company. Health insurance requirements:
· Territory of insurance coverage - all Schengen countries;
 
· The amount of insurance coverage is at least 30,000 euros;
· The duration of the insurance must match the duration of the requested visa.
In the case of a 1-time visa - the period of validity ("corridor") of medical insurance is recommended to have 15 days longer (not to be confused with the number of insured days, that is, days of stay during this period / corridor).
In the case of multiple entry visa - insurance can be presented for a period only
the first planned trip, you need to have a new insurance for each next trip when crossing the border.
 
3. State fee
For citizens of Ukraine, the state fee for the examination of a visa application is 35 euros (the application is considered within 10 calendar days). Urgent visa (the application is processed within 3 working days) - 70 euros.
State fee can be paid:
 
· In euro currency, in cash, upon submission of the application;
a bank card with a chip when submitting an application
· By bank transfer to the bank account of the Estonian Ministry of Finance. More information can be found here.
 
According to the "Agreement between Ukraine and the European Community on the Simplification of Visa Processing", the state duty is not levied on children under 18 years of age and children under the age of 21 who are in support, disabled people, pensioners and some categories of persons, as well as for some categories an urgent visa at a non-urgent cost. 4. Photography
One photo must be pasted on the visa application form. Photo requirements:
· Photo size 35 by 45 mm;
 
· 70-80% of the face in the photo;
· Color photograph, on a light monochromatic background;
· Full-face image of the face, in a neutral facial expression, with open eyes and closed mouth, without a headdress;
Glasses in the photograph are allowed provided that the eyes are clearly visible through them, they do not cover the face, but do not reflect light. Tinted glasses are permitted only in the case of a justified medical indication;
 
5. Visa application form
Please note that on page 9/13 of the electronic visa application, you must indicate the name and address of the place of stay - in the case of tourism, as a rule, this is a hotel establishment.

6. Route and travel plan
The travel itinerary (in any form) must contain information about vehicles and place of residence in Estonia. The plan should be drawn up by day.
 
7. Certificate from the place of work
The certificate must contain the following information:
· Position;
 
· The term of work in this position (if established by the employment contract - also the end date);
· Amount of wages for the last 6 months;
· Confirmation of keeping the position.
 
If the amount of salary is not enough for this trip, or the applicant is unable or unwilling to present such a certificate, it is necessary to present any other additional documents confirming financial security and intention to return to Ukraine. For persons who do not work, instead of a help:
pensioners - a pension certificate;
schoolchildren and students from 15 years old - a certificate from the place of study, confirming the fact of the given person's education in this educational institution, data on the course / class and specialty. Students from 18 years of age must additionally present documents confirming the existence of financial security (for example, documents of parents / one of the parents - more information here).
entrepreneurs (PE and SPD) - a copy of the registration certificate and documents confirming income for the last at least 6 months;
all other persons who do not work - any documents confirming the availability of finance necessary for travel and the intention to return to Ukraine. More on detailed information on the confirmation of the availability of financial security and intends to return can be obtained here.
 
 
8. Transport confirmation
To confirm the availability of transport, the following documents are accepted:
· Tickets or booking round trip tickets for public transport (plane, bus, train);
 
· In the case of using your own vehicle - the planned route, a copy of the registration certificate and driver's license. If the applicant is not the owner of the vehicle - also copies of documents confirming the right to use the vehicle;
· In the case of using other vehicles - the planned route and vehicle data.
 
In the case of a multiple-entry visa, you can submit documents for road transport only for the first planned trip.
 
9. Proof of Residence
To confirm the availability of a place of residence in Estonia, the following documents are accepted:
· Confirmation of the reservation of the place of residence (hotel, motel, hostel, apartment, etc.)
 
· Written confirmation from the person providing the accommodation that the applicant has been granted the right to use the accommodation during his stay in Estonia. Such confirmation must contain the following data:
- data of the person providing accommodation (name and surname, personal code),
- housing data (exact address),
- the basis for using the property (owner, tenant, etc.),
- the period for which the right to use the housing is granted.

In the case of multiple entry visas, you can present proof of accommodation for only the first planned trip.
 
If the visa application is submitted by a travel company accredited at the embassy, ​​accommodation must be booked through an Estonian partner company.
 
10. Voucher
The presentation of the voucher is only necessary if the travel agency accredited at the embassy submits the visa application for the tourist.
