Visa for the Philippines
Citizens of Ukraine, when crossing the border of the Philippines, must have a formalized entry permit - a visa.
One-time tourist visa, valid for 3 months, stay up to 55 days.
The registration period is 7-10 days at the consulate.
Submission of documents in person.
DOCUMENTS NECESSARY FOR ISSUE OF A VISA TO THE PHILIPPINES
1. Foreign passport, with at least two blank pages, valid for at least 6 months at the time of visiting the country + a copy of the first page
WARNING! Tattered, rubbed, old passports are not accepted for work.
2. 1 color photo (35 x 45 mm) on a light background (taken no later than 3 months before submission).
3. The questionnaire is filled out on the spot at the Embassy.
4. The original certificate from the bank about the availability of funds in the account, with a balance calculated at USD 50/person/day + the movement of funds for the last 6 months, in English
5. Airline tickets
6. Hotel voucher
7. Original + copy of the child's birth certificate
8. Permission to leave from one of the parents, if not two parents are going
