On December 31, 2017, a memorandum of understanding between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the United Arab Emirates on the mutual abolition of visa requirements, made on November 2, 2017 in Dubai, entered into force.

 

Citizens of Ukraine - holders of passports of a citizen of Ukraine for traveling abroad, which are valid for at least 6 months, can enter, leave, transit and stay without visas in the United Arab Emirates for up to 30 days.

 

Citizens of Ukraine who use the mentioned valid passports do not have the right to work, be involved in any professional activity or study in the territory of the United Arab Emirates, unless they have received permission to do so in accordance with the relevant UAE legislation.

 

Citizens of Ukraine must comply with the legislation of the United Arab Emirates during the period of stay on the territory of this state.
