To book a tour with our company, you need:

 

 - Contact the manager by phone or e-mail: info@4gates.com.ua

 

 - After agreeing on the tour with the manager, provide a scanned copy of the passport to make a reservation, the signature of which within the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" is your permission to process your personal data in accordance with the stated purpose of processing and will be used as signatory ID and confirmation of your agreement with the terms of the contract.

 

- Receive from the manager "Confirmation of the application for booking a tour product" on the company's letterhead, sign it and send a scanned copy to our e-mail address: info@4gates.com.ua

 

Please note that by signing the confirmation, you agree with the terms of booking the tour.

 

- Get an invoice from the manager to pay for the tour. Settlements are made in hryvnias at the commercial rate. The account is valid during the day.

 

Please note that by paying the invoice, you agree (acceptance) to the proposal (offer) to conclude a public contract for the provision of tourist services, which can be found at:

- Documents for the tour (air tickets, cruise tickets, insurance policy, hotel vouchers) you will receive in electronic form to your e-mail, or you can pick up in person at our office.

 

If you do not agree with our proposals, you can enter into an agreement by signing it in paper form or through the service "On time"

Obtaining an electronic signature key through Privat Bank

 

1. Follow the link: https://acsk.privatbank.ua/key

 

2. Enter your phone number (registered in privat24)

 

3. Enter the password for privat24

 

4. Check and confirm the data.

 

5. Create a password for the keystore

 

6. Confirmation via SMS:

- Enter 4 digits that will come to you in SMS.

- Confirm that you have read the terms)

 

- Save the key on your computer. IMPORTANT: the key must be stored in a secure place to which only you will have access!

 

Congratulations! Now you have your own key for electronic signature!
 

Registration in "Vchasno"

 

1. Follow the link in the letter from Four Gates Ukraine

If you are not registered, click on the button / link (Register)

 

3. Enter all the data and register

 

4. After registration, you will receive an e-mail to the e-mail specified during registration to confirm registration in the Vchasno service.

Click on "Send email" and you will confirm the registration.

 

5. Next (on the Vchasno website) you need to be tested.

To do this, click on the blue button "By CEP / EDS" and upload your electronic digital signature key.

Now you can quickly and conveniently sign any documents that come to you through the Vchasno service.
 

Sign the document in "On time"

 

1. Select the document you want to sign

 

2. Click on the "Sign and send" button

 

3. Click on "Specify KEPETSP key" and load your electronic digital signature key.

 

4. Enter the password to the electronic key storage. Read the key by clicking on the "Read" button.

 

• If you don't want to waste time entering your storage password next time, check the box next to "Remember keys in this browser"

Click on the "Sign and send documents" button

 

Congratulations! You have signed the document!

 

All documents and their status (Signed / Awaiting signatures) will be displayed in your list of contracts in the service "On time".
