Royal Caribbean International suspends all its cruises16.03.2020 10:22
For Royal Caribbean International, the safety and well-being of guests and crew is a top priority. Therefore, the company has decided to suspend all cruises around the world from March 15 to May 11, 2020.
As a result of this cancellation, you are given the following options:
Option 1: a certificate for a future cruise in the amount of 125%, which you can use when booking a new cruise departing before December 31, 2021:
The amount of the certificate will be calculated based on the price paid for the cruise. And we give you an additional amount of 25% given this unique situation.
The company will automatically issue you a certificate for a future cruise by April 30, 2020 and send it by email.
If you purchased any additional services or packages, for example: internet, drinks, alternative restaurants, upgrade of the cabin category under the RoyalUP Upgrade program, you will automatically receive a refund.
Assist Card insurance will also be refunded.
Option 2: instead of a certificate, you can choose a full refund of the cruise price. In order to give you more time to decide on your future travels, we give you the opportunity to book your new cruise by December 31, 2021:
If you choose a refund instead of a 125% off future cruise certificate, please contact us to begin the refund process.
We will void your certificate and refund your original form of payment, including a non-refundable deposit.
Expect to receive your refund approximately one month after your request was submitted.
If you have booked a hotel or flight:
Via Royal Caribbean - Refunds will be automatic
Self - contact your service provider directly
Thank you for your patience, understanding and cooperation in this situation. We wish you good health and sincerely appreciate your loyalty.
