06/12/2021 The first cruise after the pandemic started, which became available to us! And, of course, many hastened to take advantage of this chance. This chance was given to all of us by the cruise company Celestyal Cruises.

Moving on to the reviews, I would like to make a remark: All tourists who were on this cruise are experienced travelers and have already been on the liners of the world's leading cruise companies.
Let's start with the MINUSES.
It is impossible to single out the disadvantages of a cruise directly, since they are more due to the class of the cruise company and the novelty of the liner. It is logical that the newer the liner. The more entertainment it has on it and the newer everything is on board. Here we initially understand that the liner is small and much of what, for example, is on Harmony Of The Seas, physically cannot be here. But, nevertheless ... the disadvantages that some of our tourists have highlighted:

As a rule, on the first cruises there are always minor shortcomings and disruptions in the work of the service personnel. The team works out all the processes. But after one or two cruises, the level of service levels out and becomes high quality.
This is also an important nuance that we always talk about to our tourists. If you are our partner, please also pay attention to this. On any new liner or cruise after such a long break, there may be minor disruptions in work.

It's worth noting that not all cabins are that big. In this case, the review refers to the SB category - Balcony Suite. All cabins can be seen on the deck plan.
The initial impression is also influenced by little things that we usually don't notice. This includes boarding speed, drinks at the cruise terminal, service at all stages of boarding, etc.
2. Occupancy: "The impression that the liner is half full."
For a cruise line, this is not entirely good news, because the more guests, the higher the profit. But for tourists and for us (the operator) it is very good. Why?:
- When the load is low, the rate of the service personnel to the number of guests of the liner has been increased. This indicator significantly affects the level of service. Also, in such conditions, the team adapts faster and works better on the next cruises;
- More free space on board and the ability to use the liner infrastructure absolutely comfortably at any time;
- For the operator (for us), this is an opportunity to choose the best options for our tourists and book cabins right up to the cruise. It's no secret that Ukrainians often want to go on tour as soon as possible before departure.
3. Bars: "There are several bars both inside and outside"
It is very good that such a ship has several bars, and some even with open terraces. Despite the size of the liner, the choice of bars is large, which will allow you to retire anywhere.
4. Drinks. This information was not included in the feedback from tourists, but we decided to remind you once again that on cruises from Celestyal Cruises drinks are already included in the price (except for premium ones).
On most cruises, drinks are available on board at an additional cost. But Celestyal Cruises included them in the price! Few people will refuse a refreshing cocktail or glass of wine while sitting on the deck of a cruise ship and admiring the unforgettable sea surface. And here you don't even have to pay for a glass of wine.
5. Meals: “Dinner and choice and quality were very satisfying. It works with a restaurant and two buffets. "
This is again a review from the tourists who chose the Suite! Their feedback on nutrition is worth a lot. This means that most of the guests will enjoy the food.
The choice of restaurants is also pleasing.
6. Pool: "The water is cold, but the sea"
Here already for an amateur. For some guests, the water may feel cold, while others feel at a comfortable temperature.
IMPORTANT:
1. For boarding, a PCR test is sufficient, which is done no earlier than 72 hours before boarding.
2. Visiting the ports is possible without an excursion! The cruise company confirmed this information to us, but the Greek government could change everything at any time.
As a reminder, at other cruise companies, at the moment, leaving the ship is possible only as part of a group excursion.
To summarize, it's safe to say that cruises have resumed. Immediately after the first cruise started on 06/12/2021, a psychological mark was passed both for us and for many tourists. This is confirmed by the rapidly growing demand for cruises from Celestyal Cruises.
We know how tired you are of the whole situation and the lack of cruises for over a year. Now everyone has the opportunity to go on a cruise and for this they do not need a vaccine (like other cruise lines).
The only limitation that can be on the way to a cruise in the Greek Islands may be the lack of seats on the liner and the high cost of air tickets. Therefore, we recommend booking your cruise in advance!
