In light of the current geopolitical situation and to ensure the safety of its passengers and crew, MSC Cruises has been forced to cancel its Red Sea winter program on MSC Orchestra, which was scheduled from November 8, 2023 to April 17, 2024, due to the proximity of certain ports of call. to Israel and a number of restrictions in border countries that would negatively affect the safety and recreation of passengers.

As an alternative, MSC ORCHESTRA passengers are offered:

1. Transfer to the MSC OPERA liner, which will operate a route along the Persian Gulf. Provided that the cabin type and cruise duration are maintained, the most favorable price will be provided (the lowest between the price of the old cruise and the price of the new one). You can choose any season date subject to availability, except 12/21/2023, 12/24/2023 (Christmas) and 12/28/2023, 12/31/2023 (New Year). If you select dates related to Christmas or New Year, the new rate will be applied.

If tourists agree to transfer to MSC OPERA, an onboard credit* is provided, which can be spent on board for any additional services:

*Onboard credit is not provided if the order contains another onboard credit or bonus, including those associated with rebooking with an MSC voucher.

- For cabins with a window, balcony, suites – SBC 100 € per cabin (50 € for single cabins)

- For cabins without a window – SBC 100 € per cabin (50 € for single cabins) or up-grade for a cabin with a window (subject to availability)

2. Transfer your cruise to any published cruise departing before May 2024 that will operate a Gulf, Mediterranean, Northern Europe and Caribbean itinerary currently on sale. Provided that the cabin type and cruise duration are maintained, the most favorable price will be provided (the lowest between the price of the old cruise and the price of the new one). You can choose any date subject to availability, except Christmas, New Year and August cruises. If you select dates related to Christmas, New Year and August, the new rate will be applied.

If passengers refuse the proposed alternatives, tourists may cancel their cruise*.

*Full refund of the cost of the cruise and services provided by MSC Cruises.

Out-of-pocket expenses such as air tickets and services booked before/after the cruise will not be reimbursed.

The winter program on MSC Sinfonia from November 12, 2023 to April 15, 2024 has also been cancelled, as most cruises were based in Haifa in Israel.

Minor changes will be made to Grand Voyages on MSC Virtuosa, MSC Opera and MSC Splendida in the near future.
