The visa is not glued into the applicant's passport. Information about the issued visa can be found in the Australian Electronic Database (VEVO).
As confirmation, an electronic visa will be sent to the applicant by mail.

The availability of a visa for a particular citizen is checked online in the VEVO system. However, the Embassy recommends that you print your visa confirmation as additional proof and present it at check-in if you have any questions.

1. Scanned copy of the informational (first) page of the passport, which is valid for at least 6 months from the date of the visa issue, and have at least two blank pages marked "Visa".
2. Scanned copies of previous passports.
3. Scanned copies of previous international trips (scanned copies of visas, entry / exit stamps, ...).
4. One color photograph on a white background, size 35 x 45 mm (taken no later than 3 months before submission).
5. Scanned copy of all pages of the internal passport.
6. Application form of the applicant with all the filled in data.
7. A notarized copy of certificates of marriage, divorce, birth of children, even if they are not traveling with a tourist.
8. Document confirming your status and source of income:
8.1. Employees provide:
- a certificate from the place of work, on the official letterhead of the company, which indicates the position, date of employment, salary (for the last 6 months). The certificate must contain the phrase about the preservation of the workplace and salary for the period of vacation (indicate dates). Certified by the seal of the enterprise and signatures of the director and accountant;
- a copy of the work book, certified by the seal of the company (the size of the copy must be A4).
8.2 Entrepreneurs provide:
- a copy of the Extract or Certificate of Registration of a Private Entrepreneur;
- a copy of the taxpayer's certificate;
- a copy of the tax return or report for the last quarter or a statement of income from the tax office.
- a copy of the lease agreement for a working space (office, retail outlet, etc.)
- copies of licenses, certificates for activities (if any).
8.3 Pensioners provide:
- a photocopy of the pension certificate;
- extract from PFU (Pension Fund of Ukraine).
8.4 Students provide:
- photocopy of student ID;
- a photocopy of the grade book;
- certificate from the place of the educational institution;
- any available diplomas and certificates of obtaining relevant education.
9. The original certificate from the bank on the availability of funds in the account, plus an extract from this account on the cash flow for the last 6 months.
10. Photocopies of documents confirming the presence of movable and immovable property (apartment, cottage, car, ...).
11. Booked or redeemed air tickets.
12.1 Hotel reservation for the entire period of stay in Australia, in case of a tourist trip.
12.2 If you are visiting a relative or friend in Australia:
- a copy of the identity document: a photocopy of the passport, inviting driver's license
- a signed statement specifying the degree of support, if the inviter provides you with financial support for the trip and stay in Australia, and proof of the inviter's income (payroll receipts, bank statement).
13. Medical insurance for the period of the requested visa with an insured amount of at least 50,000 dollars.
For children traveling with parents:
1. Scanned copy of the informational (first) page of the passport, which is valid for at least 6 months from the date of the visa issue, and have at least two blank pages marked "Visa".
2. Scanned copies of previous passports.
3. Scanned copies of previous international trips (scanned copies of visas, entry / exit stamps, ...).
4. One color photograph on a white background, size 35 x 45 mm (taken no later than 3 months before submission).
5. A completed application form in English and signed by the tourist.
6. The original of the notarized Permission for the child to travel abroad, in case of traveling with one of the parents or accompanied by a third person. Plus copies of each parent's foreign passport (all pages).
7. The original certificate from the educational institution confirming the consent to leave the child abroad within the specified time frame (dates must be specified).
8. Notarized copy of birth certificate.
9. Air tickets booked or redeemed.
10. Hotel reservation for the entire period of stay in Australia.
11. Medical insurance for the period of the requested visa with an insured amount of at least 50,000 dollars.
In the event that the travel of the applicant is sponsored, the sponsor provides:
1. Photocopies of passports (internal and foreign passports - completed pages).
2. Confirmation of financial status (depending on status): certificate from work, documents of the entrepreneur (see above), certificate from the bank about the balance on the card account, plus a statement of the movement of funds on this card account for the last 6 months.
3. Photocopies of documents confirming the presence of movable and immovable property (sq.artyra, cottage, car, ...).
4. Notarized, certified sponsorship statement.
5. Documents confirming family ties (marriage, birth, ...).
In addition, you can provide:
Documents confirming that you have property:
- a copy of the contract for the purchase of an apartment, house, summer residence;
- copies of documents on housing privatization;
- copies of documents confirming ownership of land, garden plot, car, garage, etc.
Copies of registration documents of your company (if you own your own business):
- constituent, registration, financial;
- valid agreements and contracts;
- advertising, product samples, etc.
It is in your interest to provide as complete information as possible. You can provide any other documents or information that you think may be relevant to the application.
In the process of considering the application, the visa officer reserves the right to require the applicant to provide any other photographs, documents and additional information necessary for making a decision, and / or to go through an interview by telephone.
Attention!!! All documents that are provided in Ukrainian or Russian must be originally issued or provided with a translation into English. For example, certificates from work, bank, school, documents of a Private Entrepreneur, certificates of birth and marriage, documents for real estate, etc. Translation of documents by our company for an additional fee.
