DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR OPENING A TOURIST VISA TO SPAIN

1. Data of the tourist's parents (the name and surname of the father and mother) and the tourist's contact phone number, by which the Embassy employee can call to clarify the questions that have arisen;

 

2. The original of a valid foreign passport (It is obligatory to have two absolutely blank pages in the passport! For pasting a visa, if there are children inscribed who need to open a visa, you should also count on two more blank pages for each child). The pages for special records and for information about children cannot be used for visa applications. The expiration date of the foreign passport must be at least 3 months after the expiration of the visa. Attention: foreign passports with an extended validity period are not accepted for work !!!;

 

3. A photocopy of the passport of all pages (photocopies can be made on the 1st page of the 2nd spread and on both sides).

 

4. The original of the second foreign passport and its copy of all pages (photocopies can be made on the 1st page of the 2nd spread and on both sides).

 

5. The original of the previous foreign passport and its copy of all pages (photocopies can be made on the 1st page of the 2nd spread and on both sides).

 

6. A certificate from the OVIR about the cancellation of the previous foreign passport - is needed only if the Ukrainian passport does not have a stamp about its cancellation, and in terms of time it can be valid (this certificate must be translated into Spanish or English).

 

7. Photocopies of all 16 pages of the internal passport (blank pages too).

 

8. Photocopies of all 16 pages of the spouse's internal passport - regardless of whether the spouse is traveling with you or not.

 

9. Photocopy of marriage / divorce certificate (these certificates must be translated into Spanish or English).

 

10. 1 color photograph on a white background, 35 x 45 mm, 70% of the face. (If the child is entered in the passport and travels with you - the child's photo must be provided !!!) Scanned photos are not suitable !!!

 

11. Certificate from the place of work: on a letterhead indicating the address and phone numbers of the enterprise, indicating the position and official salary, the director himself has no right to sign, in this case you need a second signature of the deputy or accountant (with translation).

 

12. Documentary confirmation of the availability of funds, at the rate of 90 euros / day / person. Confirmation can be:

 

- a photocopy of a personal credit card and an original check from an ATM about the balance of funds, the amount can be in hryvnia or in dollars, the main thing is that it would correspond to the equivalent of the required amount in euros!

or - a photocopy of "Travel-checks" + a photocopy of the receipt for the purchase of "Travel-checks" + a photocopy of the list of purchases of "Travel-checks"

or - a certificate from the bank (translation into Spanish and English) and an extract for the last three months, on this account, an extract certified with a wet bank stamp !!! a deposit account is not suitable!

or - a receipt for the purchase of EUR, the receipt must contain the tourist's passport data, the bank's stamp - ORIGINAL.

 

 

IN ADDITION - FOR THOSE WHO HAVE NOT BEEN IN THE COUNTRIES OF THE SCHENGEN AGREEMENT:

1. A photocopy of the work book (all pages with the record and the last one, where the date of issue of the book is fixed), certify each page with the firm seal of the accountant (the first page and the page with records of the current work must be translated into Spanish or English);

 

2. A copy of the certificate of ownership of the apartment, land, etc. (with translation) - very important!

3. A copy of those. passport for the car, no translation needed - very important!

 

ADDITIONALLY - FOR PRIVATE OWNERS:

1. A copy of the certificate of registration of a private entrepreneur (this document must be translated into Spanish or English)

 

2. Certificate from the tax office that, based on the reports, the amount of income is….

or

report (with translation).

 

FOR PENSIONERS:

1. Certificate from the pension fund about receiving a pension (with translation).

 

2. A copy of the pension certificate (with translation).

A working pensioner has no benefits.

 

FOR CHILDREN TRAVELING WITH ADULTS:

1. The original of a valid foreign passport (Mandatory presence in the passport of two absolutely blank pages! For pasting a visa). The pages for special records and for information about children cannot be used for visa applications. The expiration date of the foreign passport must be at least 3 months after the expiration of the visa. Attention: foreign passports with an extended validity period are not accepted for work !!!;

 

2. A photocopy of the passport of all pages (photocopies can be made on the 1st page of the 2nd spread and on both sides).

6. Certificate from school, college and etc. (with the translation);

9. Copies of all pages of the internal and foreign passports of both parents;

10. Documentary confirmation of the availability of funds (see the main list)

 

General conditions for travel arrangements for children:

 

1. If the child is traveling with one of the parents, a notarized travel permit from the other parent must be presented. (with the translation)

 

2. Children over 5 years old, entered in the parent's passport - a photograph of the child must be glued into the parent's passport and certified accordingly;

 

3. For children under 18 who have different surnames with their parents, documents proving kinship are required: birth certificates, new marriage, death, divorce certificates;

 

4. In case of deprivation of parental rights of one of the parents - the original of the court decision is obligatory !!!!! (with the translation)

 

5. In the event of the death of one of the parents - the original death certificate (with translation)

 

PLEASE RETAIN THE BOARDING PASSES IF THE PASSPORT IS ASKED FOR REFUND TO BE PROVIDED TO THE EMBASSY !!!
